902A: Self-Acceptance (track 1, 31-minutes): This session starts by bringing forth the experience of deep, unconditional self-acceptance. Acceptance is cultivated for who you are and for
the outer conditions of your life. Time for receiving intuitive insight, guidance, and direction on self-acceptance is included. |
902B: Inner Healing for Self-Acceptance (track 2, 31-minutes): You go back to a time in your life when you accepted yourself unconditionally. The experience is brought forward to release
the primary and secondary causes limiting self-acceptance. Next, you visualize living your life based on self-acceptance. Guided imagery is used to heal and release pain and suffering caused by
non-acceptance. |
