The session uses contemplative questions to provide awareness on how you can enjoy your life more fully. Intuitive direction is generated to reveal ways to make enjoyment a more central part of your life. Enjoyment is then restored within yourself and your life.

915B: Enjoy Your Life (track 2, 31-minutes): The session begins by having you get in touch with a time when enjoyment was a natural and accepted part of yourself and your life. Through
guided imagery you create an enjoyable approach to life. You also free yourself of stress, uncertainty, expectations, judgments, opinions, and past experiences that diminish your ability to enjoy your life.
