and discomfort. Personal items and resources are added to provide support, comfort, and encouragement during your childbirth experience. |
502B: Labor & Delivery Guided Visualization (track 2, 31-minutes): Expands on the previous session by having you experience successfully moving through the stages of labor and
delivery (early, active, transition labor; delivery; bonding; postpartum healing). The session is also designed to help prepare you for unexpected situations that could arise during labor and delivery.
