405B: Body Acceptance in Daily Life (track 2, 31-minutes): You begin by returning to a time when acceptance of your body was a natural part of yourself. Next, you travel forward in time
to review and heal the past. Body image, process, and visualization segments follow which establish body acceptance in daily life.
