721A: Body-Mind-Spirit Meditation (track 1, 31-minutes): This meditation starts with a basic breathing technique that facilitates conscious detachment. As a detached observer you meditate
upon the nature of your mind and emotions. You then go beyond mind altogether to be at one with yourself and all that is. |
721B: Self-Exploration Meditation (track 2, 31-minutes): Begins with inner listening whereby you enter into the silence through which all is present. Next, object meditation is used to
focus on a single aspect of your life to receive insight and deepen understanding. An image/symbol segment follows which generates transformation. You then have time to practice the form of meditation that
