A releasement segment is included to address and resolve related doubts and fears. Time for visualizing yourself in the role of being a teacher concludes the session.
 

319B: Future Self Visualization (track 2, 31-minutes): Through guided visualization you travel forward into your future to experience living out a day in which your full potential as a teacher has been realized. You are given time on your own to be with your future self for receiving direction, guidance, and support.
