Session Description:

504A: Becoming Your Child's Parent (track 1, 31-minutes): Using contemplative questions, this session helps you explore, clarify, and decide who you intend to be as your child's parent. Included is a segment designed to release limiting beliefs, doubts, past conditioning, and assumptions to further ensure that you become the parent you most want to be for your child.
 

504B: Being Your Child's Parent (track 2, 31-minutes): In this session you actively explore the importance of how you perceive and relate to your child, and to yourself as a parent. A guided visualization segment in which you experience everything working out over the course of time integrates the work of the program.
