Program Overview:
This program will help you create and experience a healthy, positive and empowering relationship to food, eating, exercise and your body. The program is aimed at you experiencing lasting and long-term
results with weight and eating- while feeling good about yourself and your body today, and into the future as well. Diets and the diet industry fail to provide lasting results because the focus of attention
(awareness) is: 1.) dualistic and 2.) focused outside the individual. A major problem with diets and the diet industry comes from having people falling into the trap of dualism; i.e., "when
I weigh... (130lbs), then
I will be content and can accept myself, my body and appearance." Inwardly and subconsciously this splits, divides and separates you from the very experience you would like to have. The message sent to, and coming from your subconscious mind is loud and clear: "you are incomplete now, you do not deserve to feel good about yourself or your body, etc., etc.". This conditioning only dis-empowers you and lowers your self-confidence and self-esteem. It depletes your motivation, entheusasim and vital energy. In time (usually less than two years) the subconscious wins out and you give up on yourself, you stop exercising and cease eating in a way that is healthy to you and your body. It is a downward spiral... one that you do not need to go down!
The two-year success rate for diets is less than 10%. This means that over 90% of people on a diet today will end up going off the diet they are on and end up weighing the same, if not more, within two
years. It is worth noting that the diet industry, by and large, is a direct outgrowth of the current scientific paradigm (mindset) that conditions an individual to look outside themselves for answers and
solutions that focus on symptoms and not cause. Symptoms can be overeating, under eating or unhealthy eating. Diets focus on symptoms. They aim at changing a person's food, fat gram and calorie
intake. Some diet programs are elaborate, very expensive and extremely "scientific", monitoring all sorts of symptomatic variables with great precision. However, the cause for overeating, comfort eating,
under eating and unhealthy eating will not be found in the symptom (the food)- that's not where the cause exists! In nearly all cases the cause is found in the subconscious beliefs, conditioning and

Ideal weight is the weight that people outside yourself, society, the media and Hollywood tell you to be in order to label yourself attractive, healthy, good, acceptable, attractive, etc. Your optimum
